初めての弁当

I have had many bento boxes made for me, but this was the first time I had attempted to make one of my own, as well as someone else. After a good 5 or so hours, the completed product was ready to be wrapped up and lovely brought to the recipient.

Hopefully in time, I will become more skilled in making these. For those who do not know, obento is Japanese lunchbox. Unlike a typical American lunch, it contains many different freshly made foods in a compact box, instead of prepackaged goodies in a bulky bag.
